By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner challenges an order dated 30.05.2025, passed by the Magistrate's Court, rejecting an application filed by the petitioner, seeking comparison of signatures appearing on the Board Resolution dated 19.09.2015 of the complainant-company with the specimen signatures of the directors thereof. After some hearing, Mr. Inderpreet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the Magistrate's Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
