By virtue of the present petition under Sections 438 read with Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the interim maintenance order dated 06.08.2025, passed by Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Mt. Case no.383 of 2023 entitled as 'Pallavi Sharma Vs. Nitin Sharma'.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the learned Family Court within a period of one week. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
