CM(M) 449/2018 Vide order dated 07th February, 2018, this Court directed the Family Court to expedite the hearing of the petition for dissolution of marriage and make an endeavour to decide the same within a period of one year. The petitioner is aggrieved by adjournments given by the Family Court and seeks further directions in the matter. This Court is not inclined to give any further direction in the matter.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
