% 08.04.2016 I.A. No.4491/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order 23 Rule 3 to record their settlement. The application has been signed by the representatives of the parties and their respective counsels. It is also supported by the affidavit of Jyotsna Joshal, the authorised signatory of plaintiff no.1. Mr. Chetan Gupta, the constituted attorney of plaintiff no.2, Mr. Bafna Mahaveer Chand, the defendant no.1 and the Managing Director of defendant no.2, who is also present in court. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of prayer (a) contained in para 77 of t he plaint against the defendant. The parties are left to bear their respective costs. The decree sheet be

prepared accordingly.
