% 20.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no.1 to consider and decide its pending statutory appeal dated 06.04.2018 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that since the petitioner-institute is already a running institute, any delay in deciding its appeal would cause grave prejudice to it as the petitioner will not be in a position to make admissions in the next academic session i.e. 2018-2019.

Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, Advocate who appears on advance notice for the respondents submits that the respondent no.1 will decide the petitioner's appeal in its next meeting, which is likely to be held soon.

Keeping in view the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the respondent no.1 is directed to dispose of the petitioner's pending appeal expeditiously and preferably within the month of April. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. REKHA PALLI, J APRIL 20, 2018 gm
