% 13.04.2018 Writ petition has been listed in supplementary list, pursuant to directions/order of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice. 2.
Proceedings before the Special Commissioner will continue. Counsel for the petitioner states that they would be filing written submission. Written submissions may be filed.

It is pointed out that in terms of the order dated 21st February, 2018, Objection Hearing Authority has to pass an order within six weeks from the date of filing of objections. The petitioner submits that this period of six weeks has become a hindrance as extensive verification exercise cannot be undertaken. Letters to which the petitioner has objected have been received
from authorities in the States of Rajasthan and Haryana. He states that the contents of these letters are wrong and incorrect and order passed should be summoned/called. Petitioner can make submission in this regard before the Special Commissioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection in case the time period for passing of speaking order is extended by a further period of six weeks. Mr. Rajesh Jain, Advocate states that this is required and necessary for objective and fair decision. 5.
Recording the aforesaid concession given by the counsel for the parties, time is extended by six weeks and the writ petition is disposed of. As already stated in order dated 21st February, 2018, the Objection Hearing Authority would pass a speaking order dealing with the objections and contentions of the petitioner.
