The action seems to have been taken pursuant to Crime No.92/2025 registered at Police Station (PS) Haveri, Karnataka. Notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has already been issued against the petitioner by the Government of Karnataka, Cyber, Economic & Narcotics Crime Police Station, Hanagal Road, Haveri. 2.
It thus appears that the essential, material or integral part of cause of action has arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner will have to take appropriate remedy before the jurisdiction High Court.
