% 03.06.2016 I.A. No. 7498/2016 This application has jointly been moved to record settlement under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC. The application is signed on behalf of the parties as well as learned counsel for the plaintiffs. It is also supported by the affidavits of Ms. Jyotsna Ghosal (the authorised signatory of plaintiff No.1), Mr. Mohammad Hani Rizvi (authorised signatory of plaintiff No.2), Mr.Dinesh Sawant (defendant No.1 and Director and authorised signatory of defendant No.4), Dr. Shrikant Rane (defendant No.2 and the firector and authorised signatory of defendant No.4), and Mr. Pawankumar Ankalkope

(the defendant No.3 and director and authorised signatory of defendant No.4). Along with the application, the requisite authority/ power of attorney have also been placed on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement. A decree sheet be drawn up in terms of prayer (a) of paragraph 76 of the plaint in terms of the compromise.
