Neither the petitioners are present in Court nor steps have been taken for service of respondent No. 3 however, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 enters appearance and states that the petitioner No. 1 is a minor aged 16 years as per the school certificate. He also states that the actual name of petitioner No.1 is Chandni Kumari and not Rupam @ Rupa. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners are not residing at the given address.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states he has not been contacted by the petitioners. Thus he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to W.P.(CRL) 1095/2018

seek revival of the same in case the petitioners contact him and give their valid proof of residential address in Delhi.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
