% 10.02.2016 The file has been placed before the court with office report to the effect that in terms of reduced award as per judgment dated 27.01.2016, the amount already released to the claimant pursuant to the earlier orders is in excess of Rs.4,18,664.40P. The insurance company is at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the Tribunal for recovery of the excess. Needless to add, upon such proceedings initiated by the insurance company, the tribunal shall make fresh calculations and record findings about the amount actually paid in excess.

The Tribunal's record be returned with a copy of the judgment in appeal and this order.
