A Criminal Revision Petition under Section 442 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Revisionist for setting aside the impugned Order dated 08.11.2024 vide which the learned M.M has deferred the decision of the Application under Section 340 Cr.P.C to be decided at the final stage of the case.
