% 09.02.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a contempt petition with regard to the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 10.07.2012 in WP(C) 1644/2012. Since the petitioner was prosecuting the present petition, delay shall not come in the way of the petitioner in case he files the contempt petition within two weeks.
