% 17.04.2018 Depending upon the result of the angiography to be performed (which may be conveniently done under the supervision of the Jail Authorities, in the Jail Hospital or any other Government Hospital, as the case may be), if so warranted, the appellant may seek parole, in the light of the report. The appellant's request for medical attention towards the cataract which has developed in his eye shall also be considered and appropriate medical treatment be provided by the Jail Authorities.

The Court is of the view that there is no merit, in the appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
