By this petition, petitioners seek protection stating that they are major and have married of their own free will, contrary to the wishes of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

On a notice being issued respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are present in Court. They state that the petitioner No.1 is major and since she has married of her own choice with petitioner No.2, they have no objection to the same and would not interfere in the happy married life of the petitioners. 3.
In view of this statement of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions from the petitioners, who are present in Court, does not press the present petition any further.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
