After arguments this appeal is disposed of as not pressed inasmuch as counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted liberty to amend the suit for partition for seeking to question and cancel the transactions entered into with the suit property by his father who is defendant no.1 in the suit. 2.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed but with the aforesaid liberty.
