Applicant seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No. 792/2023 dated 05.09.2023, registered at Police Station Kalyan Puri, under Sections 307/341/34 of IPC. Subsequently, in the charge-sheet, Section 174-A of IPC was added.

Bail is, primarily, being sought on the ground of parity as two other similarly situated accused have already been enlarged on bail. 3.

When asked, learned counsel for applicant, in all fairness, admitted that the applicant never moved any application before the learned Court of Sessions, seeking release on the ground of parity.

After hearing some arguments, he seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Court of Sessions.

Application is disposed of as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 7.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
