O R D E R

% 29.08.2018 Learned counsel for plaintiff states that the plaintiff has received the payment in full and final settlement under a compromise deed dated 21st April, 2018.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present suit is disposed of as satisfied.

Since the compromise deed was executed before the Lok Adalat, Faridabad, in a proceeding filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Registry is directed to issue to the plaintiff a certificate authorizing it to receive back from the Collector the half amount of the Court fee paid by it in the present suit.
