TR.P.(C.) 46/2016 The order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge dated 05.02.2016 has noted that the present suit which is a suit for possession, mesne profits, and injunction relates to the property at Church Road, Bhogal Jangpura, New Delhi falling within the jurisdiction of South East District and not South District.

Accordingly, the suit i.e. CS(OS) No.2661/2011 titled Mahesh Chand Bahl Vs. Rajesh Kumar and Ors. presently pending before the South District be transferred to the South East District. Parties are directed to appear before the District and Sessions Judge South District on the date already fixed i.e. 07.4.2016 who shall pass appropriate order

of transfer to the South East District. The learned District and Sessions Judge, South East District may try the suit himself or assign it to some other competent Court.

With these directions petition disposed of.
