The counsel for the decree-holder states that the warrants of possession issued have been executed and the possession received of Flat No.402, 4th Floor, Adishwar Apartments, 34, Ferozshah Road, New Delhi. He further states that though the car parking space attached to the flat was earlier not identified but the Estate Officer of the building has identified the same as Car Parking Space No.13 and possession thereof has also been taken by the decree-holder.
