O R D E R

% 05.04.2016 Vide order dated 23rd December, 2015 in W.P.(C) 12224/2015, the respondent was directed to decide the petitioner's application dated 5th October, 2015 within a period of 30 days and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has rejected the petitioner's representation dated 5th October, 2015 and has communicated the decision to the petitioner vide letter dated 31st March, 2016.

Copy of the letter dated 31st March, 2016 along with photograph has been handed over and taken on record. Copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has wrongly rejected the petitioner's representation. If that is so, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the respondent's decision in accordance with law. No case for initiation of proceedings for contempt is made out and therefore, the petition is dismissed.
