Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into an amicable settlement. Registry is directed to register and number this application. Plaintiff has filed the present suit for permanent injunction, infringement of trade mark/trade name, passing off, dilution of trade marks, domain name and delivery up etc. During the pendency of the matter, parties have entered into an amicable settlement.

The application is duly signed by the authorised constituted Attorney of the plaintiff, the constituted authority of defendant no.1 and signed by the counsel for the parties. Parties are also present in Court. They are duly identified by their counsel. The application of settlement is marked as Exhibit P-1. As prayed, present suit is decreed in terms of Exhibit P-1 and para 31 of

prayer (a) to (d) of the plaint. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. The application stands disposed of.
