In view of the fact that the application for bail was last rejected by the learned Sessions Court on 09.10.2024, i.e., more than one year ago, Mr. Lewish Edward, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant intends to approach the learned Sessions Court afresh. He accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
