% 20.07.2016 Settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no. 2 (complainant) before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 11th July, 2016.

Settlement Agreement dated 11th July, 2016 containing the terms of settlement have been received from the learned Mediator.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer concerned. Petitioner

shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
