The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes which have arisen between the parties.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition, on the ground that the Petitioner has not served the notice mandated under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to the Respondents.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
