% 17.03.2017 CRL.M.C. 1071/2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.135/2015 under Section 354A IPC registered at police station Sarojini Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Compromise deed has been annexed as 'AnnexureC'. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Mukesh PS Sarojni Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner and

respondent no.2 and that respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.135/2015 under Section 354A IPC registered at police station Sarojini Nagar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
