CM APPL. 54294/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the applicant/appellant seeks stay of the execution proceedings in execution petition bearing No. 920/2025; and in alternative grant of some time to vacate the suit property.

After making some submissions, Mr. Manish Kapoor, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits, that the appellant would be RFA 216/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. willing to vacate the suit property if granted one month time to do so. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent is agreeable to the suggestion.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed-of, directing the appellant to vacate the suit property and to hand-over vacant, peaceful and physical possession thereof to the respondent by or before 30.09.2025.

In view of the above, it is directed that the appellant shall not be evicted from the suit property in the execution proceedings till 30.09.2025.

It is clarified that thereafter, the learned Executing Court shall be at liberty to proceed to evict the appellant in accordance with law. RFA 216/2025 6.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant submits that nothing further survives in the appeal, which may be disposed-of as such.

The appeal is accordingly disposed-of.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. 9.
The date of 30.10.2025 before the learned Joint Registrar, stands cancelled.
