This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 151 CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 01.12.2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts. 2.
After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, does not press this petition but seeks liberty to file response/documents to the additional documents permitted by the Trial Court vide impugned order dated 01.12.2025 as also to conduct admission/denial of the additional documents and file additional evidence affidavit in respect of the said additional documents. 3.
