O R D E R

By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks appropriate reliefs as under: "A. Issue a writ, order or directing the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to circulating, or extending any administrative support, facilities, benefits or privileges as under Master Circular No. 65 to the certified list of elected office bearers of the Petitioner Association of annual list of year 2025 as duly certified by the registrar of socities;

B.

Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing Respondent No. 4 to register an FIR and/or conduct a lawful investigation into the prima facie cognizable offences disclosed against Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and other concerned public servants for wilful disobedience of law, abuse of official position, and deliberate diversion and misappropriation of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. benefits, by wrongfully denying such benefits to the Petitioner Association and illegally conferring the same upon unauthorised persons not certified by the Registrar of Societies, punishable under Sections 198 and 201 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 166 and 167 IPC); C.

Issue an appropriate writ or direction directing initiation of departmental and vigilance proceedings against the erring officials responsible for illegal non-circulation of the lawful certified office bearers of the Central Executive Committee elected for 2025 of petitioner association and diverging the facilitation to unauthorised persons in the name of petitioner association;

D.

Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice, equity, and good conscience."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
