By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.451/2025 dated 14.07.2025 registered at P.S: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi under Section(s) 316(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and all other proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

While this Court was hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, learned ASC for the State as also Mr. Hariom, learned counsel for the complainant, without going into the merits involved, submit that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. applications for seeking anticipatory bail of both the petitioners herein have been dismissed by the learned Trial Court vide a speaking order dated 03.01.2026, and even though the present petition was filed on 24.12.2025 and is listed today i.e. 29.01.2026 for the first time, neither any averment has been qua the same before this Court nor a copy of said order has been filed by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners agrees with the same, however, submits that since the present petition was filed earlier, there was no occasion for mentioning the same. 3.

Though, the present petition is very much maintainable, since the aforesaid order was concealed and not referred to, the present petition is dismissed in limine with liberty to file afresh by making a full and final disclosure in accordance with law.
