% 16.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are related to each other. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 1468/2014 under Sections 323/354/509/34 IPC registered at police station Mangolpuri may be quashed.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by Insp. Uma Datt of police station Mangol Puri. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.
Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the
petitioners and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1468/2014 under Sections 323/354/509/34 IPC registered at police station Mangolpuri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
