CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 17.04.2018 Learned counsel for respondent no.2/BSES-RPL submits that matter has been amicably settled between petitioner and respondent no.2, in as much as, entire settled amount has been paid and respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No.253/2015 under section 135 Indian Electricity Act read with section 379 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai is quashed. 'No Dues Certificate' has been annexed along with this petition at page no.24. Keeping in mind above facts and circumstances, in my view no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J APRIL 17, 2018/sm
