% 26.02.2019 In FIR No. 684/2016, under Sections 376 (2) (n)/506 IPC, registered at police station Vijay Vihar, Delhi, trial court vide impugned order of 27th November, 2017 has dismissed petitioner's application for further investigation, as the case was fixed before the trial court for recording of petitioner's evidence. However, on 27th November, 2017, evidence of petitioner was deferred, as petitioner had complained of having stomach ache.
None has appeared on behalf of petitioner even on the second call. On the last date of hearing also, there was no proper appearance on behalf of petitioner. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition, as by now her evidence must have been recorded by the trial court.
