The petition is for the following reliefs:

"a. Issue a Writ(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature mandamus, thereby directing the respondents no.2 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the respondent no.4 to 6 and may kindly be directed to remove the CCTV Cameras installed illegally by the respondent no.3 to 6 in the street of the petitioner and in front of petitioner house.

b. Directing the respondent no.1 may kindly be directed to repair/make functionable the CCTVCameras installed by the government in the street of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. c. Pass any other or further directions/order which you lordship may deem fit and proper be also passed in the light of the facts and circumstances of the matter in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

The grievances, therefore, seems to be private in nature, which are essentially against respondent nos. 5 and 6.

There seems to be some proceedings pending between the petitioner and the aforesaid private respondents. The Court, therefore, grants liberty to the petitioner to take an alternate remedy in accordance with law. 4.
