This is a writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer(s):- "a) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ order and/or direction directing the respondent to provide complete details of the fixed deposit's to the Petitioner." 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the competent Court by filing a petition for succession certificate/letters of administration. 3.

Granting the said liberty, the petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms with pending applications, if any.
