% 01.02.2020 Ld. counsel for applicant/petitioner submitted that applicant/petitioner filed bank guarantee bearing no. 0404620BG0000010 dated 14-01-2020 for a sum of Rs. 1,22,85,007/- of State Bank of India, branch at Ludhiana alongwith an application for seeking condonation of delay of 7 days in filing the abovesaid bank guarantee.

She placed on record original of abovesaid bank guarantee and application. The Registry has not given number of the application. Ld. counsel for respondent stated that respondent has no objection, if the bank guarantee is taken on record and if any delay in filing the bank guarantee be condoned.

In view of above submission, the delay of 7 days in filing the bank guarantee is condoned. This application is disposed off as allowed. On filing of PF, notice be issued to the concerned bank to depute signatory of the abovesaid bank guarantee to appear for verification on 14-22020.

It is noted that matter is coming for hearing before the Hon'ble Court on 05-2-2020.
