The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for rectification of order dated 21st April, 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the prayer in the transfer petition was for transferring Civil Suit No.639/2014 titled as Iqbal Kaur vs. Rajender Prasad pending in the Court of Sh.Rakesh Kumar Sharma, ADJ, North West District, Rohini Court, Delhi to Court of Sh.Satish Kumar, ADJ, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi where connected case bearing Civil Suit No.789/2014 titled as Rajender Prasad vs. Iqbal Kaur & Ors. is pending, while disposing of the transfer petition Civil Suit No.789/2014 has been ordered to be transferred to the Court where Civil Suit No.639/2014 is pending.
