The relief sought in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for the quashing of FIR No. 65/2025 dated 03.03.2025, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

registered. According to the petitioner, the case is one of mistaken identity, and no material has been found against him. 3.

Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, that the final report is likely to be filed within the next two weeks.

In view of the above submission, Mr. Kumar seeks permission to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner before the Trial Court or before this Court, if the necessity arises.

In terms of the above, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
