Petitioner has been produced in custody. His father is also present in Court. Father of the petitioner states that he has a family comprising of 12 children and he would stand surety for the petitioner as he has some landed property.

A status report has been filed noting that the family of the petitioner resides at the ancestral house at village Bhagwala, PS Zarif Nagar, Dist. Badayun, Uttar Pradesh.

As per the nominal roll the conduct of the petitioner in jail is satisfactory. The petitioner has been in custody since 8th September, 2016 and has been awarded sentence of imprisonment for life. 4.
Considering the facts verified, petition is disposed of directing release of the petitioner on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like W.P.(CRL) 1149/2018
amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that the surety of the petitioner would keep his mobile phone in active mode during the period of parole so that in case required, the petitioner can be contacted.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
