% 16.10.2018 We have heard learned counsels at some length. It is informed that against the acquittal of the accused in case FIR No.103/2007, PSSrinivaspuri, the State has already preferred a leave petition. We are of the considered view that the matter requires deeper consideration. Accordingly we grant leave.

The trial Court record be requisitioned and be got scanned. Paper book be got prepared and provided to the counsels. The respondent is admitted to bail upon his furnishing personal bond
with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of Joint Registrar (Judicial) with the condition that he shall not leave the country; he shall surrender his passport at the local police station; he shall not contact any of the witnesses or threaten or coerce any of them or tamper with any evidence; he shall not indulge in any other criminal activity. List the matter before Registrar (Judicial) on 01.11.2018. List before this Court on 11.01.2019.
