% 05.01.2018 The petitioner by this petition seeks quashing of order dated 31.05.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the impugned order, a settlement has been arrived at between the parties on account of which she seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and submits that she shall be filing appropriate proceedings for quashing of the FIR and the consequent proceedings in furtherance to settlement between the parties.
