% 03.05.2016 By way of present petition the petitioner, inter alia, seeks quashing of the impugned order dated 15.02.2016 passed by Assistant Grade II (M), Food Corporation of India, Headquarters, Pension Cell, New Delhi whereby petitioner was relieved from the Pension Cell, Food Corporation of India w.e.f. 10.03.2016 (A/N) with the direction to report for the duty to ED (zone), FCI, Z.O. (East), Kolkata. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation dated 19.02.2016 for extension of tenure transfer upto June, 2016.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 appearing on advance notice submits that petitioner has already been relieved on 10.03.2016. He also submits that the representation of the petitioner

will be decided within a period of one week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the aforesaid.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the present petition as well as application with the direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 within a period of one week from today and the decision thereof be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

The petition and application stand disposed of. Dasti.
