By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole to re-establish social ties and also challenges the order dated 22nd March, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole was rejected on the ground that the petitioner is involved in other cases.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the petitioner was involved in FIR No.187/2014 under Sections 454/380/386/411 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act registered at PS Burari, Delhi after he was found stealing flex board from the roof of the godown after breaking the lock of staircase and also tried to rob the father of the complainant. The petitioner besides FIR No.187/2014 is also involved in two other cases. In FIR No.12/2013 under Section 324/34 IPC the petitioner is on bail and in FIR No.362/2009 under Sections 323/324/34 IPC W.P.(CRL) 1151/2018

registered at PS Burari, after he pleaded guilty a fine of ₹2,000/- was imposed and thus the petitioner has undergone sentence of fine awarded therein.

As per the nominal roll, the petitioner was granted parole w.e.f. 14th June, 2017 for a period of four weeks by this Court which concession he did not misuse.

In the status report the factum of petitioner's family comprising of his parents, residing at H. No.3013, Gali No.75, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi has been verified.

Considering the facts verified, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar.
