By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 the petitioners seek issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to defreeze and remove the lien imposed upon their bank account.

Learned ASC for the State, without adverting to the merits of the matter and upon instructions from the holding IO, submits that there is no objection if out of all petitioners, the petitioner no.2 joins and participates in the investigation before the concerned IO on 10.03.2026 at 04:00 P.M. in PS: Cyber Crime Branch, Daryaganj. necessary documents shall be served/ supplied to the petitioners within a period of two days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no.2 shall appear before the concerned IO on the nominated date and time with all the necessary/ requisite documents as sought for. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, since there is nothing surviving herein, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. 5.
