Office of the plaintiff is at Rajendra Place which falls under PS Prasad Nagar (Central District). PW Mr. Sandesh Kumar Jain, Assistant Commissioner Commercial Tax, Sector-1, Moradabad, from sales department is present but he is discharged unexamined as the matter stands transferred. Diet money of Rs.1,000/- has been paid to the witness by learned counsel for plaintiff. Mr. Sandesh Kumar Jain submits that the summoned record could not be traced as the relevant year was not specified. Plaintiff may summon the record again before the learned Transferee Court.
