Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner states that the petitioner has received payment towards full and final discharge of dues payable by the respondent and the claim which is the subject matter of this winding up petition has been duly satisfied in full. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the winding up petition. In view of the foregoing, the present application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is granted leave to withdraw the winding up petition. The application is disposed of accordingly.
