% 18.04.2016 Though present writ petition has been filed with a number of reliefs primarily seeking recovery of monies, yet learned counsel for petitioner states that he confines his prayer to only disposal of petitioner's representations dated 19th January, 2015 and 21st February, 2015. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Court directs the Deputy Secretary (AIPMT), CBSE to dispose of the representations dated 19th January, 2015 and 21st February, 2015 by way of a speaking order within six weeks. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered AD post.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition and application stand disposed of.
