The present appeal has been filed against a judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, dated 10.10.2025, by which respondent No.2 has been acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, arising out of FIR No. 24/2018, registered at Police Station South Avenue, New Delhi.

Mr. Masood Raza, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.
