The petitioners have filed Appeal No.113/2019 before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "DRAT"). However, it is submitted that the appeal has remained pending since 2019.

The petitioners have approached this Court claiming that they had filed a praecipe for urgent listing of the case but the same is not being heard by the learned DRAT on urgent basis. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 6.

In view of the same, the petitioners are permitted to move a detailed application with regard to their urgency before the learned DRAT.

As soon as the application is filed, we expect that the learned DRAT shall consider and decide the said urgent application expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition along with pending application, if any, is disposed of.
