The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 141/2020 of Police Station Vasant Kunj South for the offence under Section 354/354A IPC and Section 10 POCSO Act on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner. 2.

After addressing partly, in view of nature of the offence, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
