The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 442/2019 of Police Station Swaroop Nagar for offence under Section 302/34 IPC. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for accused/applicant and learned APP for State assisted by IO/Inspector Kaushlesh Kumar Jha. 3.
Broadly speaking, according to the prosecution case, two persons were stabbed to death in this case and the role ascribed to the accused/applicant is that he caught hold of the deceased and was apprehended from the spot.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since after dismissal of previous bail application, trial had The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. proceeded further and out of 25 prosecution witnesses, 20 have already been examined during trial.
